You will complete as many rounds as possible in a 20 minute count down!

You MUST complete the TOTAL amount of reps of each exercise before moving onto the next.

For the number of reps, use this sequence (Do 21 of each exercise, then do 18 of each, and so on):

21 – 18 – 15 – 12 – 9 – 6 – 3

  • Jump Squats
  • Push Ups
  • alt. V-Up Combo (Right, Left, Together)
  • Burpees
