Stomach Vacuuming Challenge Day 7 – Updates & More

It’s Been One Week….

It’s been one week since you looked at me Cocked your head to the side and said I’m angry…Gotta love the Bare Naked Ladies. 🙂 But it has been one week into the stomach vacuuming challenge. Those of you who are doing it are probably seeing and feeling what I am.

So far I can tell a difference in how I concentrate better on my core on all my exercises. Only because I keep thinking about the vacuums while doing them. Also I can just feel my stomach slimming down. My diet is still not under control. This past weekend it was completely out of control. I had to babysit a 2 year old and a 9 year old. It wasn’t really that hard to do, it was just preparing food that the kids would eat. I’ve had parents always tell me that it’s hard to prepare food that kids will eat that is healthy. Then it’s hard to stay on track when you have to make food like pizza and whatever else. I TOTALLY GET IT!!! It is hard and this weekend I didn’t eat well at all.

What Can We Do To Stay On Track?

This is so much easier said than done. Those of you with kids I understand where you are coming from. In one hand you have a screaming child that wont eat carrots or you give them a cookie and they are quite and content. This is a hard battle and I’m pretty sure I’m not qualified to tell you how to fix that. What I can tell you is the sooner you break that the better it will be when they get older and you will be saving them. I don’t need to tell you the harm in giving your kids Juice every day or cereal. The amount of sugar in these are insane.

Try more fruit. Get creative with the fruit and make sure all the fruit snacks, juice and cereal is out of the house so the kids cant see it. You don’t have to cut it cold turkey. Wing them off slowly and try new things. If you are a parent who has gone through this and made it through alive 🙂 shoot me a message on Facebook and let me know how you did it and how the kids did at first. Let’s share ideas with others to help out.

What’s New?

Well, I finally got my employee number from YouFit. That took a week. So now I’ll be starting my training and classes in Thornton. I will also be starting the challenge as well. But since all this went down a lot has happened. For starters YouFit is giving me a prom offer of 8 sessions for $250. Normally the are a monthly tap for sessions. This gives people the opportunity to get sessions in a package deal instead of signing a contract. 🙂  A great way to get started.

I’ve also partnered up with a Fashion designer for killer discounts on brand name clothes. Some of you might be thinking, what in the heck for? In this industry for one, your body changes and the way your clothes fit change as well. Plus when you start to feel good about the way you look, you want to show it off a bit in nice looking clothes that make you feel sexy.

The image to the left will show you the brands I have partnered with. Your first order is retail. After that you get up to 25% off each order you make forever. More brands will be added. If you would like to check it out here is the link to go shopping. Click Here!

With this new connection I will be doing a challenge we have had a lot of success with in the past called “The Little Black Dress” challenge. I will also be running a $199 giveaway as well soon. This is going to be very exciting and a lot of fun. Please let me know your thoughts.

I’ll Leave You With This

If you’re not one of those people who wake up every day jazzed to hit the gym and eat lightly seasoned chicken and broccoli… don’t worry. You’re not alone. Following and sticking to a fitness and nutrition plan is tough, and there will be days when you can’t find any sense of fitness motivation at all. Just remember why you are doing it and how great you will feel after you have. 🙂
