12 Days In And I Feel Like I See Difference and Feel A Difference

I know doing just stomach vacuuming exercises is not going to be enough. Those who say that’s all they do to lose inches off the waistline are full of crap. We all know we need to Eat right and exercise. If we can’t eat right then our exercise is pretty much going to go to waste.

I have gotten way better with my eating. Now I’m just not eating enough. It’s a battle I’ve always had. I can eat enough when it’s bad, but when it’s healthy, I have a hard time getting in enough calories. And we all know what it’s like when were younger and can eat anything under the sun and not gain a pound. Those of you reading this that are in your younger years, enjoy you adventurous eating habits while you can. But on that same note, be careful because it will creep up on you faster than you know.

Stomach Vacuuming Updates

These are starting to get easier. They are still hard to do but I am seeing progress. I can hold them for about 10 seconds consistent now. I did 3 sets prior to abs and did 2 sets after my abs yesterday. Doing them after was pretty dang hard. I have decided that I will continue to do 3 sets prior then 2 sets after abs. The burn felt to good to not continue them after abs :).

I can see a difference in my waistline that’s for sure, but I’m not just doing stomach vacuuming. We have the total gym abs, the 15 minutes of cardio after weight training and weight training 5 days a week. Nutrition is not 100% dialed in, I would say it’s more like 50% dialed in.  Being 50% dialed in right now is so much better than where I was 30 days ago.

You an only do so much. Add in the fact you have kids, a job, a spouse, life, etc,.. You can only do so much. Start small, set those goals, hit them and create new goals. Reward yourself for the small progress you make. Those who take it one small step at a time have longer lasting results than those who try to take short cuts or who try to go all in at once. Yes some of those people get killer results, but I can promise you they don’t keep them for very long and they have a constant battle. So, one small step at a time and be proud of your progress no matter how little at may seem!
