Some people hate running and I’m one of them. But damn, sprinters have the best legs. Cyclist come in a close second. Below are two similar workouts. If you hate to run, do the sprinter! 🙂 You need to get over your fears and you need to work on things you skip. you can do this for 20 -30 minutes. Complete as many rounds as possible.

So, get after it! 🙂

 

20 minute AMRAP Sprinter (As Many Rounds As Possible)

  1. 30 second sprint
  2. 15 Squats
  3. 30 second sprint
  4. 15 Sit-Ups
  5. 30 second sprint
  6. 15 Lateral Lunge
  7. 30 second sprint
  8. 15 Shoulder Taps

20 minute AMRAP Cyclist (As Many Rounds As Possible)

  1. 30 second push on upright bike
  2. 15 jump squats
  3. 45 second push on upright bike
  4. 15 rev leg lifts
  5. 30 second push on upright bike
  6. 15 lateral lunge (per leg)
  7. 45 second push on upright bike
  8. High plank shoulder taps
