Sometime You Feel Like You Got Hit By A MAC Truck

Today has been the hardest day since I started this challenge. I’m not sure what it was but everything was harder. I know doing 100 push-ups and 100 abs every single day gets boring. It will get to you. But I know we have to push through it. Sometimes that’s easier said then done. I felt wore out, tired, weak, etc,. all around a slump day. My numbers also show it. Take a look: 


Set 1 – 55

Set 2 – 40

Set 3 – 30

Set 4 -20 


Set 1 – 25 Leg Rasies

Set 2 – 25 Incline Reverse Crunches

Set 3 – 15 Plank Side Bends

Set 4 – 15 Crunches 

With my push-ups the first set fell below 60 which was not good for me. Set two though is okay. Even though I missed 100 reps in two sets by five I went ahead and did four total sets. A total of 145 push-ups. I think If I continue to trick the body that I have to do more than 100 push-ups my endurance will start to increase more and that first set will also become a higher number. 

Don’t Beat Yourself Up Over It! 

Even though I’m being hard on myself I have to take a step back and take a look at how far I have come in a short period of time. 269 pounds to 243 pounds. I can see my feet now. I feel way better. My confidence is better than it has been. You see, even though we had a crap day, we still have to take a step back and give ourselves credit. 

My Tip For The Weekend

When you are eating, pay attention.

Sounds simple, but how often do you snack in front of the T.V. or eat your dinner while in rush hour traffic?

Paying attention means eating when you are hungry and stopping when you are full. It means never eating just to eat, but rather because your body needs it. 

Do this and you will quickly reach your ideal weight.
